IMMERSIVE EXPERIENCE
We are not like any other yoga school in the world. We combine the immersive experience of air and light.
SCHEDULE
We meet once a week for 3.5 hours for a total of nine weeks. During the program you can also attend the studio once a week for gym time or a regular class of your choice. The tenth week you will take your final exam.
WHAT I WILL LEARN
Yoga Philosophy, Anatomy, Pranayama (Breathwork), Meditation, Tantric Yoga, Asana Practice, Sequencing, Leadership Teaching Skills, Chakras, Herbalism Workshop
WHO IS WITH ME ON THE JOURNEY
We have small teacher training groups. We limit enrollment to 15 students at a time. For every 5 students, there will be a total of three instructors to guide you. Additionally, you will be assigned one mentor for individual growth too.
Frequently Asked Questions
The program is nine weeks total with 3.5 hour meetings each week. We will give you the agenda at the start of the program. There is a test at the end, but we will prepare you fully to pass the exam. We also give you once a week access to the studio for practice or questions as well.
